Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Beach Lake, PA. This position is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product or service presentations, and closing new business. The Sales Specialist will maintain regular contact with existing customers, respond to inquiries, and provide timely follow-up to ensure a positive client experience. Daily activities include meeting with clients in person or by phone, preparing proposals or quotes, updating CRM or sales tracking systems, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs. The role also involves participating in sales meetings, contributing to sales forecasts, and supporting occasional training or promotional events to drive revenue growth. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally, build trust, and respond effectively to questions and concerns. Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals. Experience in Training or coaching others on products, services, or sales processes is beneficial. Comfort working in an on-site environment, with the ability to manage a schedule that may include client visits and in-person meetings. Basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, email, and standard office software. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in business services or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales certifications are a plus. Based on experience level in sales. Based on familiarity with products and services. Training will begin with starting salary, then salary plus commission, then potentially full commission based on mutual decision that this is best for both parties.
