Veterinary Client Care Specialist

The Back Cove Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinary client care specialist to join our 5-doctor veterinary hospital in Portland. Our hospital has been thoughtfully designed to match our practice philosophy of maximizing employee, client and patient well-being and comfort. We are a paper-less practice equipped with digital radiology (including a designated dental suite), ultrasound and full in-house laboratory. Our veterinary client care specialist responsibilities include:

• Providing an exceptional client experience
• Greeting clients and pets
• Managing multiple phone lines
• Managing client communications through email
• Scheduling appointments
• Processing payments
• Making sure reception is clean and presentable

Applicants must have a positive attitude, excellent communication and multi-tasking skills and computer proficiency. The ideal candidate has at least 2-years of experience working in a veterinary hospital. Applicants should expect a flexible schedule and be available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.
