Room Attendant - Housekeeping


Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Room Attendant - Housekeeping. In this role, you will be responsible for the cleaning, sanitation, & resetting of guest rooms. This includes tasks such as changing bed linens, sanitizing all areas, vacuuming, & replenishing room amenities.


As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love -guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll maintain clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.


$15/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to adapt to a broad range of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints and work well in stressful, high-pressure situations

• Ability to stand during entire shift

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required including weekends and holidays

• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up

• Report all missing items from room such as irons/boards, hair dryers, coffee makers, to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience in residential or commercial setting helpful but not required

• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and /or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects
