Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse position in Payson, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in an emergency setting in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. Candidates are required to bring their current RN license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Payson, Arizona
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, or a temporary/interim RN license in state of practice, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice. BLS certification is required. Experience in the clinical area for which the candidate is applying is desired, with a minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
• Additional Information: Candidates working at healthcare facilities such as behavioral health hospitals or skilled nursing facilities must possess and maintain the appropriate state-specific Fingerprint Clearance Card as required for their specific work location.
• Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, formulating and implementing individualized care plans, coordinating with the healthcare team, evaluating patient responses, documenting accurately, and providing evidence-based care. The role may involve supervising staff and interacting with patients, families, and external contacts to ensure quality care.
