Licensed Therapist – Private Pay Practice | $75–$125 per session | Hybrid Schedule

Work with Willow is working with an upscale private practice with offices in St. Pete, Tampa, Orlando, and Sarasota seeking fully licensed therapists who want to focus on clinical work without the stress of finding clients or dealing with insurance. Therapists that specialize in adult, child, individual and/or couples therapy are all encouraged to apply.

What you can expect:

• Reliable referrals — marketing and client acquisition are handled for you
• $75–$125 per session with payments issued twice monthly
• Private-pay clientele only (no insurance billing or paneling)
• Fully furnished, modern office space dedicated to you
• Hybrid schedule: 3–4 in-office days + some limited telehealth
• Optional 4-day work week
• Supportive team environment with plenty of autonomy

Requirements:

• Florida license: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Willing to maintain roughly 20 sessions per week (or more if preferred)
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative group

This is a 1099 contractor role where you control your schedule while the practice keeps your calendar full.
