Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Gillette, Wyoming.

Registered Nurse – OR/PACU

Schedule: 4×10s, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, with call
Trauma Level: 3
Charting: MEDITECH

Possible float to hospital surgery department

2+ years of OR experience preferred, ambulatory surgery experience a plus

Responsibilities:

• Pre-op and post-op patient assessment and care
• Patient/family education and discharge instructions
• Communicate with surgeons and anesthesiologists
• IV starts, injections, blood draws, monitoring, and emergency care
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation

Important: Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not accepted . Client may call off/cancel up to 24 hours per 13 weeks.
