Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Overview

We are seeking a qualified candidate with the necessary certifications and skills to join our dedicated team in ultrasound and vascular imaging. The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials: RDMS (AB) or (OB) and RVT (VT) or RVS from CCI.

Unit Information

Location: Lewisville, TX

Number of Beds: 196

Facility Staff: Over 800

Type of Staff: Sonographers (RDMS (AB) or (OB) and RVT (VT) or RVS)
Day Shift: 2 Full-Time Sonographers
Evening Shift: 1 Full-Time Sonographer, 1 Full-Time Weekend Sonographer
Night Shift: Covered via on-call from 11 PM to 7 AM

Patient Ratios: Not applicable

On-Call Requirement: Rotating schedule shared among 7 Sonographers

Position Requirements

Required Skills:

RDMS (AB) or (OB)
RVT (VT) or RVS
BLS Certification

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Vascular, Pediatric, General, Procedural Ultrasound
Small Parts and some OR experience is a plus

Vascular Imaging (Venous Doppler, Arterial, Grafts, Segmental Pressure Testing)
Biopsies
Thoracentesis
Paracentesis
Testicular Ultrasound
NICU Neurosonography
Surgery Cases
High-Level Disinfection for Intra-cavitary Probes
