Seasonal Tax Professional

Seasonal Tax Professional Location: On-site at our Blue Ash, OH office Compensation: $30–$35/hour (based on experience) At H&W CPAs, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier service in tax preparation, accounting, and consulting—all while keeping our culture upbeat, flexible, and people-focused. We’re looking for motivated and experienced Seasonal Tax Professionals to join our team for the upcoming busy season. If you have prior experience preparing individual or business tax returns, we want to hear from you! At H&W CPAs, you’ll be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment where your skills make a direct impact. Who You Are You have prior experience preparing individual or business tax returns, or you’re eager to apply your accounting/tax coursework in a real-world setting. You thrive in a team environment and value open, transparent communication. You’re organized, reliable, and can manage multiple tasks during the busy season. You enjoy working directly with clients and colleagues in a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. You’re comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new systems. What You’ll Do Prepare individual and business tax returns with accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with partners and senior staff to ensure client needs are met. Utilize tax preparation software, Excel, and other tools to manage workload. Gain exposure to a variety of clients—primarily privately held businesses and individuals.
