About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Client Delivery to take on a senior, hands-on role that encompasses the full post-sales lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for client onboarding, implementation, and ensuring long-term success and adoption. This role requires a leader who can manage multiple client implementations, maintain quality and timelines, and act as the primary owner for client success, satisfaction, and retention. The Head of Client Delivery will also be involved in technical and GTM enablement, process building, and optimization, and will be expected to align cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Applicants for the Head of Client Delivery position at the company should have a senior-level background in client success, implementation, solutions engineering, or GTM roles, with a strong understanding of GTM systems, automation workflows, and integrations. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a proven track record in problem-solving and risk management. Experience in high-stakes, outcome-driven environments, and a comfort with remote work during U.S. business hours, are essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience with AI tools and automation platforms, as well as a background in scaling client delivery or post-sales functions. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
