Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator

CUBRC, Inc. is seeking a Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator in Buffalo, NY to report to its Contracts Manager. Job responsibilities will include cradle-to-grave contracts and agreements and subcontracts administration; cradle-to-grave review and administration of solicitations, requests for proposals (RFPs), and proposal package submissions; cradle-to-grave administration of miscellaneous agreements such as consultant agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and teaming agreements; creation and maintenance of contract/subcontract documentation in both electronic and hard copy files in accordance with ISO and Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements; maintenance of contracts/subcontracts database; support audits; other duties as assigned.

The work location for this position is Buffalo, NY/hybrid

Salary Description: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annually

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• CPCM or DAWIA a plus
• Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, SharePoint)

Experience:

• 5+ years' experience with federal contracts/subcontracts and/or federal grants/subawards
• Working knowledge of FARS, DFARS, and other agency acquisition regulations
• Hands-on experience administering DoD and/or other federal agency contracts, subcontracts, grants, subawards, and other types of agreements
• Solicitation/RFP/proposal experience including review, submission and negotiations
• Contract administration problem-solving experience
• Deliverables tracking
• Deltek Cost Point experience is a plus

Special Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain and remain eligible for a US Department of Defense security clearance.
