Responsibilities:

Finish and smooth surfaces of poured concrete, ensuring high-quality finishes.

Work with tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds to achieve desired textures.

Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for project requirements.

Mix and pour concrete according to project specifications.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Inspect finished work for quality and compliance with standards.

Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a concrete finisher or similar role.

Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools.

Ability to read and interpret construction documents.

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.

Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.

Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Valid driver’s license is preferred.
