Description du poste
Services SFT recherche activement un(e) Agent(e) de relations humaines (ARH) qualifié(e) et autonome pour combler un mandat temporaire à temps complet à Forestville (Région Côte-Nord).
Rattaché(e) au département AAOR (Accueil, Analyse, Orientation, Référence) et consultation sociale , vous serez la porte d'entrée des services psychosociaux pour évaluer et orienter les usagers. Ce mandat offre un cadre de pratique stimulant et d'excellentes conditions financières propres aux régions éloignées.
Détails du mandat :
- Période : Du 19 octobre 2026 au 17 février 2027 (sans possibilité de prolongation)
- Horaire : Quarts de JOUR exclusivement (Pas de soir, de nuit ou de 12 heures)
- Fins de semaine : Non exigées.
- Garde : Aucune garde demandée.
- Orientation : Prévoir un bloc complet de 5 jours d'orientation en début de mandat
Responsabilités
Au sein de l'équipe de l'accueil et de la consultation sociale, vos principales fonctions seront :
- Recevoir, analyser et évaluer les demandes de services psychosociaux de première ligne (volet AAOR).
- Effectuer une évaluation sommaire du fonctionnement social et de la situation de l'usager afin de déterminer le niveau d'urgence.
- Orienter et référer les usagers vers les programmes appropriés du CISSS ou les ressources communautaires du territoire.
- Offrir des services de consultation sociale à court terme, du soutien psychosocial de première ligne et intervenir en situation de crise ou de vulnérabilité.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes interdisciplinaires et les partenaires du milieu.
Exigences:
Pour soumettre votre dossier, vous devez répondre aux critères obligatoires suivants :
- Scolarité : Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (Baccalauréat) ou une combinaison d'études équivalente dans une discipline des sciences humaines/sociales appropriée (ex. : criminologie, psychologie, psychoéducation).
- Expertise : Détenir une expérience récente et pertinente dans un secteur similaire (première ligne ou processus AAOR) au Québec.
- Note : Le permis de conduire, un véhicule personnel et le bilinguisme ne sont pas requis pour ce mandat.

- Per diem quotidien de 70,00 $ octroyé pour la durée de l'assignation.
