Digital Marketing Specialist | Lakewood, NJ • $30-$35/hour About the Role A property management company overseeing a portfolio of 25 residential communities across the United States is looking to bring their digital marketing in-house with an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the charge. This is a role for someone with a strong command of Google Ads and SEO who can own the digital presence from the inside out - building strategy, driving visibility, and delivering results across a nationwide portfolio. Key Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize for search visibility
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to maximize ROI
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and SEO - this is a must
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of digital marketing efforts
- Strong analytical mindset with an eye for performance and results
