Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Provide individualized or small group support to students, including those with special needs
• Monitor student engagement and behavior, encouraging a positive learning environment
• Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources
• Accompany and supervise students during classroom transitions, lunch, recess, or field trips
• Maintain a safe, supportive atmosphere for all students
• Communicate observations and student progress to teaching staff
