Job Title

Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) - Registered Nurse - Travel

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 36 hours per week | 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
• Assist with cardiovascular surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with the surgical team including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Fulfill on-call requirements including one weekend of call per month and one to two days of call during the week
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of CVOR experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Ability to meet on-call scheduling requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a CVOR or cardiovascular surgical setting
• Familiarity with a wide range of cardiovascular surgical procedures and equipment
