What We’re Looking For

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Active Texas dental license in good standing

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and patient-interaction skills

• Comfortable performing comprehensive general dentistry

• Ability to work well with a team

• Professional, dependable, and compassionate personality

• Commitment to providing excellent patient care

• New graduates are welcome to apply; mentorship is available for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dental care to patients

• Perform examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and restorative procedures

• Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Work collaboratively with hygienists, dental assistants, and front-office staff

• Provide a positive and comfortable experience for every patient

• Follow all applicable OSHA, HIPAA, and Texas dental regulations
