Maintenance Engineer

The maintenance engineer responsibilities include:

• Performing assignments as directed by the Director of Engineering
• Responding to guest room calls to rectify any room issues
• Repairing malfunctioning equipment
• Performing grounds maintenance
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Assisting with light carpentry work, painting, electrical and plumbing work as needed
• Competitive hourly wage
• CPO license and experience with pools a plus

A minimum of one year's similar job experience is required. Previous experience in a resort environment is preferred. The candidate should be able to work both independently and as a team.
