Program Manager

Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs. In this role, you will coordinate multiple interconnected projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risks, and drive program success from initiation through completion. Key Responsibilities Define program objectives, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with business strategy and organizational goals. Lead, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of program execution, including the activities of project managers and cross-functional teams. Communicate program progress, key milestones, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and senior leadership. Ensure effective integration and alignment across multiple projects to maximize operational efficiency and business outcomes. Monitor program performance against established success criteria and conduct post-program reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement. Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues that span multiple projects, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Manage program risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and promote best practices in program management. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in program and project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools. Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) are preferred.
