Physician-Led Practice | 1:10 Call | Exceptional Earning Potential
Full-time Associate OBGYN Physician needed to join the thriving, patient-centered team in Jackson Mississippi . This opportunity offers a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology, dedicated surgical time, a highly favorable call schedule, strong earning potential, and a clear path to future partnership within a supportive, high-performing practice.
They will consider Board Eligible and Board Certified OB/GYNs , including practicing physicians and 2027–2028 residents.
Enjoy:Lifestyle-Friendly Schedule- 3.5–4 clinical days per week
- ½–1 dedicated surgery day weekly
- Blocked OR scheduling for efficient surgical practice
- Clinic closes at noon on Fridays
- Balanced OB/GYN practice with strong continuity of care
Shared with three local physician groups:
- Approximately 21 weekday calls annually
- Approximately 5 weekend calls annually
- Post-call day off following weekend call
- Collaborative call structure designed to support physician wellness and work-life balance
- Physician-led, all-partner practice
- Office conveniently located within the hospital campus
