Job Summary
An Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) is needed in a healthcare facility in the specified location. This assignment is for a 16-26 week period, primarily working night shifts. The position involves floating within the ICU and related units, providing critical patient care for individuals with complex medical needs.

Job Details

• Position Description: Assignment for 16-26 weeks. Rates are tiered based on mileage measured by direct line, not driving distance. Travel (101 miles+), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less). Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day.

• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours
• Start Date: 11/02/2026
• End Date: 02/22/2027
• Required Qualifications: RN license, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification. A minimum of 2 years of experience, experience in large teaching facilities, and recent Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system experience within the past 2 years. Prior travel experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: CCRN certification.
• Additional Information:
  • Experience with multi-system disease, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), vents, and multiple drips.
  • Ability to start IVs, manage titrating drips, and provide critical vent care.
  • Must be flexible with scheduling, including every other weekend and not on block schedules.
  • Must have reliable transportation; vehicles should be equipped for winter conditions.
  • No block schedules; bi-weekly orientations on Mondays.
  • All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained.
  • Must provide complete work history information including bed count, EMR, and facility type.
