About the Role:
Niagara Falls Hospitality Inc is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team in the heart of Niagara Falls, NY. This is a great opportunity to be a key part of our overnight operations, ensuring guests have a seamless and memorable stay from check-in to the morning hours.
Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audit of all hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily accounts
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
- Balance and verify cash drawers, credit card transactions, and room charges
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports for management review
- Monitor hotel security and safety, escalating issues as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth morning transitions
Requirements:
- Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong math and accounting skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) a plus
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or accounting coursework a bonus
