Security Officer

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-service-oriented individual to join our team
Position Details

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
Pay: $21.50 per hour
Transportation: Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to drive to the site. Public transportation is not available.

We are looking for someone who is:

Reliable and punctual
Professional and approachable
Comfortable walking around for extended periods
Alert and attentive to their surroundings
Customer-service oriented
Able to drive to the work site

Pay: $21.50/hour | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-4:30 PM

Job Summary

DSI is growing-again!
We are currently hiring Security Officers in West Grove PA . Come join a diverse and inclusive team that believes in providing excellent customer service and recognizes that its greatest asset is its employees.

As a Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, their employees, and the public. This role requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Essential Job Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols
Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity
Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions
Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license preferred
Reliable transportation and means of communication
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions
Must pass all required pre-employment screenings
