Registered Nurse (RN)- Medical Nursing Unit

Job Summary This posting is for a combined Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) and Associate Patient Care Technician role at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. The RN provides comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and education via direct, telephonic, or electronic encounters. The Associate Patient Care Technician supports nursing staff in delivering compassionate, patient‑focused care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment. Facilitate care coordination using the nursing process and teach patients and families. Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the health care team. Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Support clinicians in delivering quality health care. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited registered nursing school. Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Associate Clinic RN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Clinic RN). Washington Registered Nurse License. At least 18 months of professional nursing experience in an ambulatory setting, preferably a medical office. Related experience in an ambulatory setting for Associate Clinic RN. Salary Range Clinic RN: Min $39.19 | Max $60.84 Associate Clinic RN: Min $35.13 | Max $53.75 Benefits Retirement 401(k) Savings Plan with employer matching.
