Busy Bee Cleaning Service is looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Full-Time Supervisor to join our team!

We are looking for someone who can confidently handle the office and administrative side of cleaning operations , while also being willing to jump into the field and help our team when needed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Scheduling and coordinating cleaning teams
• Managing time effectively and keeping jobs on schedule
• Conducting client walkthroughs
• Preparing and writing cleaning estimates
• Completing quality-control inspections
• Tracking inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Communicating with clients and team members professionally
• Helping coordinate day-to-day operations
• Addressing scheduling and job-related issues
• Maintaining organization and accountability within the team
• Stepping into the field to perform residential and/or commercial cleaning when needed

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has strong organizational and time-management skills
• Is comfortable with computers, scheduling, and office tasks
• Has excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Can work independently and make responsible decisions
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in quality work
• Can lead by example and hold themselves and others accountable
• Is flexible and willing to work alongside the cleaning team in the field
• Has previous supervisory, management, cleaning, or office experience (preferred, but not required)

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the office and the field and wants to be an important part of keeping our operations running smoothly.

Pay Range:
$16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Based on experience, with a performance review and opportunity for a raise after 90 days.
