About the Role We are seeking highly motivated Sr Sales professionals with expertise in engaging immunologists and gastroenterologists therapeutic areas. The role focuses on driving sales of innovative and high-value biotechnological drugs with a strong emphasis on rare and high-cost treatment markets. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in assigned therapeutic areas. Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers (immunologists, gastroenterologists, oncologists, and rare disease specialists). Navigate public and private healthcare institutions to position products effectively. Drive product awareness, access, and adoption across targeted accounts. Manage territory efficiently, leveraging deep knowledge of local market dynamics, regulations, and bidding processes. Represent the organization with professionalism and uphold compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations. Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Institutional Sales Specialist Representative in pharmaceutical companies. Strong background in biotechnological drugs and pathologies requiring high-cost treatments. Demonstrated success in engaging specialists in immunology and gastroenterology.
