Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1820 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Billings Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Billings Clinic.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Level I-II trauma experience required. More cardiac and telemetry experience than prior times.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Gyn/Onc surgery experience preferred. Observation patient management preferred. Previous Charge Experience: Preferred Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Community hospital experience is preferred.

Unit Details: Observation unit caring for chest pain rule-out and cardiac patients. Supports the ED when the house is full and patients are being held. Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. 4-6 weekend shifts in 8 weeks.

Floating Requirements: Float between all Med-Surg units, ED overflow, the Observation Unit, and may float to Psych as well.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
