Customer Service Specialist (Bilingual)

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to handle inbound calls and assist customers with account questions, billing inquiries, payment histories, payoff quotes, and issue resolution. Responsibilities: Answer inbound customer calls and address account-related questions. Research accounts and identify the best resolution. Respond to billing and payment inquiries. Provide payment history verifications and payoff quotes. Coordinate issue resolution with internal departments. Explain procedures and provide timely customer follow-up. Maintain accurate and professional customer communications. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. At least one year of customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
