About This Role
Join our dynamic afterschool program and become a part of a team dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and educational environment for children.
As an Afterschool Teacher, you'll play a vital role in engaging children in various activities, promoting positive behavior, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
We're looking for a passionate and responsible individual who shares our commitment to helping children grow, learn, and thrive after school hours.
What You'll Do- Plan and implement engaging and educational activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of children aged 6-12.
- Supervise and engage children in a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, games, discussions, and outdoor play.
- Maintain a clean and organized activity area that promotes a sense of order and responsibility.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment that encourages children to grow and develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, and take necessary steps to prevent any accidents or injuries.
- Satisfactory Background Check
- Must be available to work afterschool hours
- Positive, patient, and energetic attitude
- Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
Our Company is based out of Alpharetta, GA operating 24 Childcare Centers around Metro Atlanta
