Introduction We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces and support smooth event operations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and contributing to successful events. Responsibilities Assist with setting up tables, chairs, displays, signage, and event materials. Prepare event spaces according to established layouts and instructions. Organize and transport event supplies as needed. Assist with event breakdown and returning materials to designated areas. Help maintain clean, organized, and safe event spaces. Support event staff with last-minute setup needs and adjustments. Assist with welcoming guests and providing general directions when needed. Communicate event needs and updates to supervisors and team members. Follow established safety and event procedures. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable performing hands-on and physical event tasks. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move supplies as required. Good attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently. Flexible and adaptable approach. Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
