- Flexible schedule

- Maintains the correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding and serving.
- Cooks fried chicken, sea food and other items in a deep fryer.
- Ensures freshness and product rotation on the buffet.
- Filters fry oil as needed to ensure quality.
- Cooks other items as needed using a flat grill, stove, oven and pizza oven.
- Cleans work area and assists the rest of the kitchen team as needed.
- Must enjoy a fast-pace.
- Previous restaurant experience as a Cook preferred but not required.
