What You'll Do:

• Perform patient assessments and document functional status.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient tolerance.
• Educate patients and families on therapy exercises, prognosis, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with the physical therapy team and Aides to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and progress.
• Support departmental protocols and adhere to facility policies.

What You Need:

• Valid PTA license in Michigan.
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
