Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and hands-on Multi-Site Maintenance Assistant to join our team!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning the maintenance trade, developing technical skills, and gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will work directly with and report to our Multi-Site Maintenance Technician, assisting with preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, facility upkeep, and improvement projects across multiple locations.

No extensive maintenance experience is required. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take initiative and complete assigned tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Multi-Site Maintenance Technician with daily maintenance activities, repairs, and special projects.
• Perform assigned maintenance tasks independently as training and experience allow.
• Support preventative maintenance programs to help keep equipment and facilities operating efficiently.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and equipment-related issues under appropriate supervision.
• Complete routine inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe equipment rooms, maintenance areas, and facilities.
• Assist with equipment installations, replacements, and facility improvement projects.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance inventory.
• Communicate maintenance concerns, completed work, and project updates to the Multi-Site Maintenance Technician.
• Travel between locations as needed to support maintenance operations.
• Follow established safety procedures and company standards.

Qualifications

• No previous professional maintenance experience required; mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage assigned responsibilities.
• Comfortable working with tools and performing physical, hands-on tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical maintenance duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and working in varying conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
