Position SummaryHarvest Advertising Inc is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Coordinator to assist with promotional events, community outreach activities, and customer engagement initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in event planning, logistics, marketing support, and event execution.
Responsibilities- Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Assist with attendee registration and event check-in.
- Welcome attendees and provide event-related information.
- Maintain event schedules and logistical documentation.
- Communicate with team members regarding event needs and timelines.
- Gather attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting.
- Represent client brands professionally during events.
- Support additional marketing and event activities as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, volunteer work, or event support is helpful but not required.
