Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification

• Active Virginia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst)

• Must reside in VA or WV

• $85,000–$95,000 annually , based on experience

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and therapy staff in implementing treatment plans

• Conduct client interviews and develop individualized treatment plans and reports

• Design, implement, and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs

• Conduct quarterly competency and performance assessments

• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data using CentralReach
