Home Infusion - Registered Nurse

Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), Home Infusion you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of the nursing field. Receive continuous training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion. Certification and recertification expenses can be reimbursed for eligible RNs such as Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI®). Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in patients\' homes. Use your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist patients in recovering in the comfort of their own home. Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician\'s plan of treatment. Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal customer service skills when interacting with patients, physicians, pharmacists and other partners. Schedule This is a full-time position with a flexible Monday-Friday schedule that can extend into the early evening at times. The flexibility to work an occasional Saturday is needed. On-call (100% telephonic) is not currently required. Coverage area You will visit patients within approximately two hours of Appleton, WI. You will earn your hourly rate for both patient and drive time. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse with current license in WI Minimum one year nursing experience Strong IV insertion skills with a minimum of one year infusion/IV experience Have and maintain current CPR certification Possess a valid and current driver\'s license and auto insurance Have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity Participate in on-call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs Preferred Qualifications: Home healthcare experience is a plus, but not required CRNI certification is a plus, but not required Education RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $29.10 - $62.32 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
