AML Refresh Operations - Operations Professional Markets Manager

Job Summary This role leads production teams in Global Markets and Banking Operations, managing daily refresh activities to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities involve balancing caseloads, liaising with sales, working with client outreach teams to obtain documents, and assisting in implementing new processes to improve the operating model. Line of Business Team manager role in AML operations supporting client AML/KYC refresh globally.
