Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a quality-focused Machinery Operator in Hoschton, Ga . In a Machinery Operator job, you’ll be responsible for:
Operating and monitoring industrial machinery according to safety and production guidelines.
Performing critical quality checks to ensure products meet all specifications and standards.
Adjusting machine settings as needed to optimize both quality and efficiency.
Identifying, documenting, and reporting any defects or process issues to the team.
Completing all production and quality-related documentation with high accuracy.
Assisting with basic machine maintenance and technical troubleshooting.
What you’ll need:
Previous experience as a machinery operator or machine technician.
Proven experience specifically in quality control or quality inspection.
The ability to accurately read measurements, blueprints, or work instructions.
Basic mechanical skills and a knack for troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and a consistent work ethic.
Reliable attendance and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
Preferred: Experience in an industrial environment or with quality systems like ISO or GMP.
