Facility: Sylva Valley Health & Rehab (Skilled Nursing Facility)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Shifts: 7a–7p and 7p–7a

Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a growing in-house team focused on stability, teamwork, and strong resident care. We’re also launching a self-scheduling pilot to improve work-life balance and reduce last-minute schedule changes.

Schedule

12-hour shifts: 7a–7p / 7p–7a
Full-time, part-time, and PRN options
Opportunity to pick up additional shifts (optional)

Pay

Competitive pay based on experience and shift

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans
Complete assessments and monitor for changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Communicate with providers, families, and the interdisciplinary team as needed
Supervise and support LPNs/CNAs as appropriate
Document care clearly and timely
Maintain a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and dependable attendance
