At PYG Therapy, we’re hiring compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs/OTAs) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona. Competitive Pay

• Earn $46–$75 per hour

Position Overview

In this role, you will:

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in the home setting
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising occupational therapist
• Complete ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress
• Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover of skills at home
• Communicate regularly with supervising therapists regarding patient updates and concerns
• Build strong relationships with patients and families

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona COTA/OTA license
• CPR certification
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work under supervision in a home health setting
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred, but not required
