Litigation Associate

We are seeking a junior Litigation Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our Litigation Practice. This role offers exposure to a broad range of complex matters, including civil litigation, white collar defense, securities matters, and internal investigations. Key Responsibilities Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda Conduct legal research and factual investigation and analyze complex legal issues Draft and respond to discovery requests, including document requests, interrogatories, and subpoenas Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation Support internal investigations, including document review and witness interviews Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on strategy and case development Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties as appropriate Skills & Qualifications JD from an ABA accredited law school 1-3 years of litigation experience at a law firm or through judicial clerkship Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Experience drafting pleadings, discovery materials, and motions Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines Finn Dixon is based in Stamford, Connecticut and currently maintains a hybrid work environment with candidates generally expected to be in office at least 2 days per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
