QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification
High School diploma (transcript) or GED (transcript)
College hours or Degree preferred

Only GED certificates obtained through a GED Testing Center approved by the GED Testing Service (GETS) will be accepted.
Individual recommended for the position must pay a $47.99 fingerprinting fee by credit card as part of the application process to
be considered for employment. (Fee is subject to change.)

Special Knowledge/Skills
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records
Proficient typing/word processing (minimum 45 WPM) and file maintenance skills
Must take typing test at our Human Resources Department, 315 Griner Street
Demonstrate good communication skills (writing, spelling, listening, and speaking)
Able to perform work as a member of a team
Able to organize, prioritize and perform tasks with limited supervision

Experience
Minimum three years payroll or accounting experience, preferably in a public education environment
Minimum three years of experience working with computer software applications, including Skyward
