Sales Associate, Lauren Apparel, RTW & Evening, Mexico And Specialty

Summary \ Support sales and account management initiatives for Mexico and Specialty accounts. Help execute strategies that grow sales and profitability for Ralph Lauren and retail partners.
- Responsibilities \ \ Support sales strategies and help achieve internal and external sales targets.\
- Analyze and maintain business data for reporting and forecasting.\
- Partner with Planning teams to monitor sales trends, conversion, inventory flow, replenishment, and OTB components.\
- Support account-level digital commerce and marketing initiatives.\
- Collaborate with merchant partners on brand representation, product placement, and promotions.\
- Participate in store visits, document merchandising execution, and identify improvement opportunities.\
- Coordinate capital investments and floor plan changes with internal teams and retail partners.\
- Develop insights from sales, inventory, and market data to support recommendations and account growth.\
- \ Requirements \ \ Two to three years of retail or related experience.\
- Understanding of retail operations and metrics.\
- Strong attention to detail and basic analytical and Excel skills.\
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.\
