Make a meaningful impact by supporting students and educators through expert behavioral analysis and intervention in a school-based environment near Saint Paul, MN. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is ideal for experienced Behavior Specialists—including those holding BCBA certification—who are passionate about fostering positive student outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid special education teaching license, school social worker license, or school psychologist license issued by the Professional Education Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB)
- OR Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (nationally certified) or in active progress toward obtaining this certification
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting behavioral assessments and delivering insightful, behavior analytic interpretations
- Previous experience collaborating with parents, school personnel, and community providers preferred
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and creating tailored behavioral intervention plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for assigned student caseloads
- Interpret assessment results, sharing findings and recommendations with stakeholders (parents, school staff, and community partners)
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and consultation to educational staff to ensure interventions are delivered with fidelity
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive, inclusive learning environments
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with district and state standards
