We are locally owned operators who recently purchased this studio, and we’re looking for the right leader to grow with us long term. What You’ll Do Lead the Studio Experience Create an exceptional experience for every member who walks through the door Set the tone for a positive, high‑energy, welcoming culture Be present, visible, and hands‑on with both members and staff Help members stay engaged, motivated, and connected to the studio community Manage & Develop the Team Hire, train, coach, and develop front desk staff Hold the team accountable to service standards and sales goals Lead by example through professionalism, positivity, and work ethic Foster a culture of teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement Drive Membership Growth Lead membership sales, upgrades, and retention efforts Coach the team on effective sales conversations and follow‑up Track studio performance metrics and help execute plans to improve results Support local marketing efforts, partnerships, and community events Keep Operations Running Smoothly Oversee daily studio operations, scheduling, and staffing Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and operating at brand standards Solve problems quickly and professionally Partner closely with ownership on studio strategy and performance Who You Are A natural leader who enjoys motivating and developing people Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast‑moving environment Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills Comfortable having sales conversations and driving resultsPassionate about fitness, wellness, and community Willing to work some evenings and weekends as needed Previous fitness, retail, hospitality, or sales management experience is preferred Compensation & Growth Opportunity Starting pay: $24/hour Additional bonus opportunities tied to: Membership sales Studio performance metrics Team and retention goals Complimentary Orangetheory membership Retail discounts Ongoing training and development Most importantly, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
