Anthony's Ladies Apparel, a Florida fashion retailer since 1895, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to own the campaigns that reach our customers. With 12 stores across Florida, a growing online business, and a loyal community of women 55+, we are a fourth-generation family company that still moves quickly.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and E-Commerce, you will run marketing across all 12 stores and e-commerce: email, newspaper, direct mail, content, influencer partnerships, and social. This is a hands-on role for a small team. You will not be handed one narrow channel and told to stay in it. You will own the calendar and make it happen.

What you may expect in a day as Marketing Coordinator:

Build and run the monthly marketing calendar across email, print, mail, social, and in-store.

Partner with our Email Marketing Specialist on campaign strategy, segmentation, and send calendar.

Manage the newspaper insertion schedule across every market, including specs, proofs, and deadlines.

Plan direct mail from list strategy through drop date.

Write and edit campaign copy and brief our copywriter and designers on the rest.

Run the social calendar, with the understanding that our customer lives on Facebook far more than Instagram.

Recruit and manage influencer and creator partnerships, from brief to deliverable to results.

Keep blog and on-site content moving and on brand.

Support store level marketing needs and local events across all 12 locations.

Report on what worked, what did not, and what you would change next time.

You live by a calendar and need to keep track of everything in it.

You have never missed a print deadline, and you have a small amount of pride about that.

You like owning something end to end more than you like being one voice in a big department.

You can write a subject line and read the report that tells you whether it worked.

You notice when something is off brand before anyone tells you.

You are comfortable saying "that idea is better than mine."

You like to be busy and can juggle a mail drop, email sends, and a creator partnership in the same week without dropping any of them.

You would rather ask a direct question than guess.

Necessary Skills:

3+ years in retail or consumer brand marketing, multi-location or omnichannel a plus.

Hands-on experience with an email platform, Klaviyo preferred.

Working knowledge of Shopify, Meta Business Suite, and a project management tool such as .

Experience managing print production, vendors, and hard deadlines.

Strong writing and editing skills, with a real ear for brand voice.

Comfortable with reporting and analytics, enough to make decisions from them.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.

Must be fluent in English.
