Join a team that values compassion, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the clinical care and daily operations of an assigned nursing unitSupervise nursing staff, nursing assistants, rehabilitation aides, and unit support staffConduct resident assessments and ensure care plans are implemented, updated, and followed appropriatelyMonitor resident conditions and communicate changes with providers, families, and interdisciplinary team membersReview provider orders, laboratory results, incident reports, and quality indicatorsParticipate in care plan meetings, family meetings, QAPI activities, and interdisciplinary roundsCoordinate admissions, discharges, transfers, outside appointments, and resident servicesEnsure accurate documentation, medication management, and regulatory complianceSupport staff education, orientation, coaching, and performance management activitiesMonitor infection control, immunization tracking, resident safety, and quality improvement initiativesAddress resident, family, and staff concerns while promoting a positive care environmentPerform additional duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferredValid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License requiredMinimum 1 year of RN experience in a long-term care setting required3-5 years of long-term care experience with supervisory experience preferredStrong knowledge of resident assessments, care planning, and long-term care regulationsLeadership experience with the ability to supervise, coach, and mentor staffExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to coordinate care across multiple disciplines and manage competing prioritiesExperience with quality improvement, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance preferredCommitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered careBENEFITS:Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-Time and Part-TimeWeekly or Same-Day Pay OptionsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramRetirement Saving OptionsQualificationsLicenses & Certifications: RNEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
