Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Vulnerability Management Lead with strong expertise in vulnerability management, major incident response, and AI-driven risk analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and coordinating remediation of critical vulnerabilities across enterprise environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI-powered vulnerability analysis tools, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional cybersecurity response efforts including war rooms, escalations, and remediation coordination.

The candidate will work closely with SOC teams, cybersecurity operations, remediation teams, and global offshore/onshore vulnerability management teams to ensure effective governance and timely risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
Vulnerability Management & Risk Analysis

• Drive enterprise vulnerability management initiatives across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
• Leverage AI-powered vulnerability analysis tools such as Mythos, Glasswing, or similar platforms to identify, correlate, and prioritize security risks.
• Perform risk analysis and identify chained vulnerabilities and attack paths impacting enterprise systems.
• Prioritize vulnerabilities based on business impact, exploitability, and operational risk.

Incident Response & Escalation Management

• Lead response activities for High and Critical vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate war room discussions and remediation efforts during major security incidents.
• Track remediation progress and ensure timely closure of vulnerabilities.
• Escalate critical risks and blockers to leadership and stakeholders proactively.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for:
  • Security Operations Center (SOC)
  • Cybersecurity teams
  • Infrastructure teams
  • Remediation teams
  • Client stakeholders
• Coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore vulnerability management teams.
• Drive governance, reporting, and knowledge-sharing activities across teams.
• Communicate vulnerability status, remediation plans, and risk posture to leadership and stakeholders.

Governance & Reporting

• Monitor vulnerability remediation SLAs and compliance metrics.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive summaries related to vulnerability management activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for vulnerability management processes and security operations.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT/Cyber Security experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Vulnerability Management and Security Operations.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Vulnerability assessment and remediation
  • Major incident response
  • Security risk analysis
  • Vulnerability prioritization
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven vulnerability analysis and chained risk identification.
• Strong experience coordinating with SOC, security operations, and remediation teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and escalation handling capabilities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-powered security tools such as:

• Exposure to enterprise security governance and compliance frameworks.
