What Youll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with mobility transfers and restorative care
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Deliver compassionate resident-centered care while supporting residents families and team members

What Were Looking For

• Current Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Minimum one year of CNA experience
• At least one year of experience in a long-term care skilled nursing or skilled rehabilitation facility
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations throughout Southeast Michigan
