Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active New Hampshire SLP certification
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to individualize therapeutic interventions to meet student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess elementary students to determine communication strengths and challenges
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Track progress, maintain documentation, and prepare comprehensive reports
• Educate and support families and staff regarding best practices for speech and language development
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
