Family Nurse Practitioner

Teche Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is currently seeking qualified applicants for a Family Nurse Practitioner in Thibodaux, Louisiana. The Family Nurse Practitioner will work on a full-time basis, providing medical services within the fullest scope of their license and expertise, to Clinic's patients. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The employee will also work additional days and/or hours as reasonably requested by Clinic, after consultation. The employee shall provide medical services, including on-call coverage, and maintain an office practice available to see patients Monday through Friday at office hours set by Clinic. The employee shall also meet or exceed quality metrics determined in collaboration with Clinic.
